Fanny Binder is returning to Wooden Spoons Cookery School to share her vast experience in fermenting food to keep the body healthy. Fermenting food is an ancient tradition to preserve foods for colder seasons and the methods have changed very little. Fanny will also showcase how to make delicious almond milk at home.
Please note, this is an adult workshop although teenagers are welcome.
